CarGlow aims to provide a clear and convenient return process for our customers.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to applicable requirements and return conditions.

Product Condition

For a return, the product should generally be in a condition suitable for resale, with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable rules.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in the terms of the particular order.

Return Fee

CarGlow does not charge a separate return fee.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the available payment refund method.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment service provider or the customer's bank.

Final Sale Products

If a product or collection is clearly marked as a final-sale item, its return eligibility may be limited in accordance with the stated conditions and applicable requirements.
